Paying for care

We are aware of the stress that comes with setting up in-home care for a loved one or yourself. For this reason, when it comes to expenses, we aim to keep things as clear-cut and easy as possible.

Our clients trust us because we are honest, open and transparent.

There are no hidden fees or lengthy notice periods because we are completely transparent about the price of our home care; you will only be charged what is specified in your care plan.

As an independent home care provider, we offer clear and transparent pricing with no hidden agency fees.

Direct Payments

If you receive Direct Payments from your local authority, we can provide your care using those funds. Where appropriate, family members can also make additional top-up payments.

Can I receive financial aid to cover my care?

If your savings and investments exceed £23,250, your local authority may expect you to pay for some or all of your home care costs.

If you receive care in your own home, the value of your property is usually not included in the financial assessment.

If you are unsure whether you are eligible for financial support, you can request a financial assessment from your local authority.

Your financial assessment will review your financial situation and determine whether you are eligible for financial support.

If you are eligible, your local authority may contribute towards or fully fund your care.
